Thanks to Ubaldo Gagliardi, Salumificio Gagliardi starts its pork and cattle butchery and pork sausage production in San Giorgio, distinguishing itself for its high quality and continuous, passionate search for unique aromas and flavours.
1962
The company acquires a building in San Giorgio to relocate its administrative and operational headquarters.
